Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a leading premium fashion brand in London. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and help ensure the achievement of sales targets and exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures;

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service;

• Support in recruiting, training, and developing staff members;

• Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines;

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management procedures;

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner;

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional activities and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry;

• Strong leadership and communication skills;

• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets;

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;

• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management;

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service;

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
