We are currently recruiting a Collection Assistant for a luxury fashion brand in Paris.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Assistant to join our Client's style office team for a renowned luxury fashion brand in Paris. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Collection Director in daily administrative and organizational tasks;

  • Coordinate and manage the schedule of the Style Office, including meetings, fittings, and appointments;

  • Support the creation and preparation of mood boards, trend research, and style guides;

  • Assist in the organization and management of sample collections and archives;

  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments, including design, production, and marketing;

  • Help prepare and organize fashion shows, presentations, and other events;

  • Manage correspondence and communication with external suppliers and partners;

  • Conduct research and provide insights on fashion trends, materials, and new techniques.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury brand.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Fluent in Italian, French and English;

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail;

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the dynamic nature of the fashion industry.
